Please be aware that refunds are not provided under the following conditions:

If you have used the service for more than 7 days
If you have violated our terms and conditions
If you have shared your account with others
If you have used a VPN or any other tool to manipulate your location

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
